Job Summary

Own end-to-end onboarding and ongoing maintenance of specialized treasury management solutions for mortgage servicers and originators. Coordinate complex implementations across custodial, operating, and control account structures, run client testing for ACH/wires and reporting, and act as an SMS subject matter expert. Ensure compliance with fiduciary and agency-regulated mortgage servicing requirements, resolve escalated onboarding issues, and drive workflow improvements while partnering with Sales, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Product.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end onboarding and ongoing maintenance of treasury management products and services for Specialized Mortgage Solutions clients.
•Serve as onboarding coordinator for complex implementations involving custodial accounts (P&I, T&I), operating accounts, and control account structures (DACA/CMA).
•Coordinate client testing and implementation activities for ACH (CSV and NACHA formats), automated and bulk wires, Positive Pay, and BAI reporting, including standing transfer orders and SWIFT/sub-accounting structures.
•Provide advanced product and service support as a subject matter expert for SMS-specific products and structures, including escrow flows, DACAs/CMAs, waterfalls, and cash management solutions.
•Ensure adherence to bank policies and applicable laws/regulations, identify and escalate operational/compliance risks, and mentor less experienced specialists.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma required.
•3+ years of experience in treasury management, banking operations, or a related role supporting complex commercial, mortgage, or specialty banking clients.
•3+ years with treasury management products and services, including payments, receivables, electronic banking, and depository solutions.
•3+ years analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage multiple complex onboarding projects and extended timelines.
•3+ years experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
