Key Responsibilities

  • •Place production purchase orders for aircraft material using SAP MRP and the manufacturing build schedule.
  • •Manage purchasing flows for production and indirect goods (purchase orders, transfer orders, returns), including non-PO purchasing for time-critical items via P-Card/emergency processes.
  • •Ensure accurate, timely closure of open purchase orders and drive cycle time from requisition submission to PO issuance.
  • •Work embedded with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to translate urgent material needs into purchases quickly.
  • •Establish supplier relationships, support pre-SIOP (projections vs. actuals and PPV), and resolve invoicing discrepancies to ensure timely payments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain and/or similar business degree.
  • •Experience with SAP ERP or an equivalent MRP/procurement system.
