Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive execution of strategic payment initiatives from planning through production with operational readiness and cross-functional alignment.
  • •Coordinate execution across Product, Network, Treasury, Finance, and Operations; manage dependencies, milestones, and risks.
  • •Support incident management across Operations, including major incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
  • •Track operational metrics such as incident resolution time and SLA adherence; contribute to operational governance and continuous improvement.
  • •Assist governance of payment partners and banking relationships, including scorecards and identifying network optimization opportunities.

Salary: USD 64,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree and 3+ years of experience within Payments, Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services.
  • •Proven experience supporting or leading cross-functional project execution.
  • •Strong understanding of payments operations, banking infrastructure, and payment life cycles.
  • •Demonstrated experience with incident management and operational troubleshooting.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
