Physical Therapist (100% Remote)

Deliver evidence-based, whole-person musculoskeletal care to patients through remote, video-based evaluations and digital physical therapy. Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using APTA and state standards, create and manage personalized treatment plans, adjust goals based on progress, and document care in line with facility procedures. Partner with the clinical team and collaborate with stakeholders to improve patient outcomes and guide patients throughout their health journey.
