Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate GPU ASIC development from concept phase through mass-production.
  • •Own architectural definition and key technical decisions including silicon process and package selection, performance modeling, power budgeting, RTL development, and test implementation.
  • •Define and track project achievements and dependencies across IP development, software, emulation, integration, physical development, and VLSI teams.
  • •Collaborate with packaging, system design, DFT, test engineering, test software, and chip logistics to support silicon bring-up.
  • •Identify and mitigate key technical risks to ensure flawless project execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 196,000 - 310,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BSEE (MSEE / MSCE preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum of 10 overall years of industry experience with 5+ years of leadership in GPU or key sub-systems.
  • •In-depth knowledge of SoC architectures, including CPU, GPU, and memory sub-systems.
  • •Expertise in silicon process technology, yield analysis, and cost modeling.
  • •Proficiency in front-end design flow, micro-architecture, unit partitioning, pipelining, and design verification techniques.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills.
