Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and management of Digital needs for program(s) in Tewksbury, MA and across distributed sites.
  • •Engage in capture and proposal activities by collaborating with IPTs/CPTs, interpreting DT requirements in SOWs, and developing BOEs.
  • •Oversee digital task cost, schedule, and performance, including planning, scheduling, EV reporting, and variance analysis.
  • •Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate DT-related risks and dependencies across the proposal and program lifecycle.
  • •Deliver weekly/monthly program reviews, proposal bid reviews, EACs, AOP inputs, and gate/independent review and capital planning materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advance degree with minimum 5 years experience.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required.
  • •Working knowledge of Digital Technology infrastructure, software development, systems integration, and test processes across the full program lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing Information Technology projects.
  • •Ability to manage digital scope execution according to requirements and performance standards while applying innovative, cost-saving solutions.
