Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and/or self-perform hazardous building material and industrial hygiene projects, including survey/investigation and abatement/remediation design for private and public-sector clients.
  • •Collaborate with licensed/certified professionals and technical/regulatory specialists on hazardous building materials and industrial hygiene projects.
  • •Provide technical and regulatory leadership for projects throughout New England, the US, and internationally.
  • •Develop proposals, including work scope, budgets, and schedules; manage and/or review technical work and field activities against scope, budget, schedule, and standards.
  • •Review and prepare reports, work plans, and technical memorandums; analyze data and develop supported conclusions, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve project efficiencies and client offerings.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus at least 8 years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Experience performing and managing hazardous building material surveys and abatement oversight (asbestos, lead paint, etc.).
  • •Industrial hygiene experience, including mold or indoor air quality.
  • •Must have 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training.
  • •Must have EPA AHERA Asbestos Inspector Certification and be able to obtain New England state asbestos licenses/certifications (MA, ME, NH, CT).
