Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and execute a unified AI change strategy across GCCs, translating global initiatives into localized adoption plans.
  • •Drive AI training and enablement, define phased adoption waves (Learn → Apply → Scale → Optimize), and establish a repeatable operating model for rollouts.
  • •Assess AI tool impacts on existing workflows and define future ways of working across WSP enterprise platforms (ERP, engineering, custom apps).
  • •Act as primary change interface between GCCs and global AI program offices, including targeted communications and proactively addressing resistance and job displacement concerns.
  • •Define and track AI adoption KPIs, run adoption health checks and pulse surveys, and report progress with dashboards and actionable insights; support responsible AI governance, guardrails, and acceptable-use guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15+ years in change management, operating model design, or process consulting in GCC environments.
  • •Proven ability to drive large-scale, multi-country transformation programs.
  • •Experience translating AI initiatives into business value and workforce impact.
  • •Strong communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including workshop facilitation and process mapping.
  • •Data-driven approach to defining and tracking adoption KPIs with dashboards and executive reporting.
