Job Summary

Lead AI adoption and literacy across GCC delivery centers, translating global AI strategy into localized, executable change initiatives. Drive multi-country transformation programs, governance, learning and development, and workforce readiness, coordinating with engineers, delivery teams and HR to maximize AI-enabled productivity and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement an AI change strategy across GCCs including India, Mexico, Colombia and Manila, aligning with workforce maturity and delivery models.
•Oversee workflow transformation by assessing AI tool impacts and defining future ways of working across ERP, engineering and custom apps.
•Manage stakeholder engagement across GCC leadership, project delivery teams, global AI sponsors, HR/IT/Risk to ensure adoption and governance.
•Lead workforce readiness and reskilling efforts, partnering with HR/L&D to design role-based learning pathways and AI change champions.
•Define and track AI adoption KPIs, develop dashboards and provide progress reporting to leadership.

Key Requirements

•10–15+ years in change management, operating model design, or process consulting in GCC environments.
•Proven ability to drive large-scale, multi-country transformation programs.
•Experience in data analytics, AI, ML, or automation initiatives.
•Strong communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences; ability to facilitate workshops.
•Ability to translate AI initiatives into business value, define KPIs, and report adoption progress.
