Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sell-out (GMV) performance on TikTok Shop France and sell-in with our agency partner.
  • •Collaborate with Marketing Manager to deliver content engagement metrics.
  • •Oversee lower funnel activations on the platform, with emphasis on TikTok Shop Lives.
  • •Manage portfolio and pricing strategy for the platform following WE guard-rails.
  • •Co-create with Marketing Manager a FY activation plan aligned with WE Incubator objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in Account Management with a strong background in e-commerce
  • •Experience in a global brand-led consumer-focused organization
  • •Fluent in French and comfortable communicating in French
  • •Hands-on experience managing P&L responsibilities
  • •Proficient in creating impactful presentations and PowerPoint
