Job Summary

Lead global SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash rollouts for Sika’s template, driving project teams and delivering solutions for order fulfillment, outbound logistics, price management, and e-commerce/sales enablement. Design and harmonize integration across SD/LE and other modules (GTS, EWM, WM, MM, FI), support change requests and incidents, and implement solutions using data migration, testing, training, and go-live methodologies within a global team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead projects and project teams, delivering solutions based on Sika’s global SAP template.
•Work as Senior Consultant/Solution Architect for key SAP Order-to-Cash areas including order fulfillment, outbound logistics, price management, and e-commerce/sales enablement.
•Design solutions for global, template-oriented SAP processes and support business teams with harmonized approaches.
•Provide application support by investigating and resolving incidents and change requests to meet legal and local business requirements.
•Implement and support template rollouts and complex global SAP projects, including data migration, training, testing, and go-live activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Business Studies, or equivalent experience.
•At least 5–7 years configuring or implementing Order-to-Cash and Logistics Execution solutions.
•Project experience from 3+ successful SAP projects as project manager, functional lead, or functional consultant.
•Strong knowledge integrating SAP Order-to-Cash (SD/LE) with other SAP modules such as EWM/WM, MM, and FI, with end-to-end thinking.
•Debugging skills in ABAP and experience with EDI/IDOC interfaces for sales order processing transactions.
