Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and own enablement strategy end-to-end with role-based learning paths for AEs, SEs, and CSMs.
  • •Partner with RevOps to define field productivity baselines and leading indicators, tracking training impact over time.
  • •Build a new-hire onboarding program from scratch to minimize ramp time and time-to-productivity for field ICs.
  • •Lead go-to-market readiness for major product releases by turning messaging into field-ready narratives, competitive intelligence, and materials.
  • •Deliver and refine live training sessions, measuring effectiveness and using AI to speed up content creation and improve field insights.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and helping shape the playbook.
  • •Hands-on experience building and delivering enablement programs (not just managing others’ content).
  • •Technical fluency to converse credibly with engineers, including familiarity with GraphQL and the API layer.
  • •Commercial acumen to translate technical capability into business value for enterprise buyers; familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message is preferred.
  • •Proven ability to teach live, measure whether training lands, and adjust based on impact over time.
