Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and lead a team of quality control technicians to ensure products meet specified quality standards throughout production.
  • •Develop and implement QC protocols, standards, and procedures across extrusion stages (raw inspection, in-process monitoring, finished testing).
  • •Perform regular audits and inspections of production equipment, materials, and finished goods for compliance.
  • •Maintain accurate quality documentation and records, including calibration items, quality lab setup, inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
  • •Monitor quality trends and quality data to detect problems and recommend process, material, or technique improvements, coordinating with production teams to resolve quality concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or relevant manufacturing experience, preferably in plastics extrusion or similar industries.
  • •Proven experience managing and leading teams of people.
  • •Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and inspection techniques.
  • •Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001 and ASTM.
  • •Proficiency using quality control tools (e.g., calipers, tape measure, spectrometers) and quality management software (a plus).
