Key Responsibilities

•Set the Field Technology & AI Vision and own the strategy for applying AI across the GTM ecosystem, aligning multiple teams into a unified roadmap.
•Lead a multi-disciplinary organization across four functional teams, setting roadmaps, success measures, and leadership development frameworks.
•Drive AI adoption across GTM by partnering with senior leaders to identify high-leverage problems and shepherd solutions from concept to adoption.
•Establish KPIs for AI-driven outcomes, system performance, data quality, and team delivery, and regularly report progress to executives.
•Serve as the senior technology voice within RevOps, translating GTM strategy into a technology agenda and delivering measurable business impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 212,100 - 335,600 annually
