Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the APAC Operational Excellence team to deliver simplification and automation projects.
  • •Gather requirements from users and support functional design.
  • •Assist in developing solutions using Microsoft Power tools.
  • •Participate in “As-Is” and “To-Be” business process optimization sessions with users.
  • •Support business process mapping and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering is preferable.
  • •Experience with Microsoft offerings such as PowerApps, PowerBI, Power Automate, or SharePoint Content Management.
  • •Strong interest in business analysis for IT and non-IT projects, Operational Excellence, and process reengineering.
  • •Basic knowledge of process mapping tools such as Visio or Mural is an advantage.
  • •Good communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English; able to work a minimum of 2 days per week.
