Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, support, and mentor the maintenance team to ensure safe, standard, and efficient work practices.
  • •Provide reactive and proactive maintenance for operational equipment and facilities infrastructure in the Fulfillment Center.
  • •Manage APM metrics and improve performance and compliance KPIs in partnership with safety and site leadership.
  • •Ensure shift technical coverage by organizing and directing training programs for the team.
  • •Develop and manage vendor annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), verify service levels, and raise issues against SLA performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years in a similar role with a solid understanding of facility operations and maintenance best practices.
  • •Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or an equivalent engineering science.
  • •Knowledge of mechanical systems including Mechanical, HVAC systems, and Controls.
  • •In-depth understanding of facility maintenance and facility management systems, tools, and procedures.
  • •Experience working to appropriate health & safety standards and regulations.
