Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience by building client relationships, sharing product expertise, and driving sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service and asset protection standards.
