Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the operational execution of conferences, tradeshows, workshops, dinners, and event presence across dozens of events each year.
  • •Build and maintain event systems, timelines, checklists, and run-of-show documents to keep stakeholders aligned.
  • •Coordinate vendors, venues, shipping, A/V, booth services, print materials, travel, staffing, and other event logistics from planning through execution.
  • •Manage attendee logistics, staffing plans, travel coordination, and event materials across sales, marketing, clinical, and leadership teams.
  • •Serve as an on-site operator at key events and handle real-time issues; also own event tracking, calendars, budgets, deadlines, and operational reporting.
