Key Responsibilities

  • •Secure the Kanban system performance to meet order demand of SU and overseas internal customers with good quality and DOT.
  • •Use ALPS tools effectively to manage and execute organization-wide processes.
  • •Understand production processes, including plates recognition, process/cycle time, bottlenecks and capacity, and related traceability records.
  • •Own inventory management and daily reviews for coils and plates, stocktaking, and releasing clear instructions to TLs and MHs.
  • •Manage the team (behavior development, execution strengthening, performance appraisal), provide weekly/monthly reports, and perform production data analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •3+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing company.
  • •Relevant leadership and management skills.
  • •Experience with improvement tools such as 5S, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • •Certified GB is a plus; project work experience is a plus.
