  • •Scale the team while preserving the Adyen culture and help lead new initiatives as an ambassador of change.

Salary: USD 184,000 - 276,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced in building and managing a team of implementation managers, technical consultants, or solution engineers (at least 2 years), including coaching, goal setting, and training.
  • •Experience leading integration projects within a large global company across professional services, finance, retail, or general technology.
  • •Proven track record driving global process change by establishing tools and procedures for operational success.
  • •Ability to work effectively in a global organization and build relationships with global teams across international time constraints.
  • •Clear understanding of global commerce challenges and dependencies required for client success across regions.
