Lead a team of Implementation Engineers within Professional Services in North America, based in New York. You’ll drive customer success by delivering scalable payment integration projects, serving as an escalation and sparring partner for implementation managers, and fostering an open, collaborative team culture. Own continuous improvement, ambassador initiatives, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance the (global) IM organization and progress the function’s OKRs.
