Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on semiconductor process tools and supporting equipment.
  • •Execute maintenance procedures per OEM documentation and internal SOPs.
  • •Diagnose and resolve first-level mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and utility-related issues; respond to tool alarms and support equipment recovery.
  • •Escalate complex issues to Equipment Engineers and OEM service teams; support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
  • •Support equipment installation, startup, qualification, relocation, and coordinate facility hookups and equipment readiness activities, including verifying operational readiness and tracking uptime/PM compliance/work-order closure metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • •3-8 years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance and/or manufacturing equipment maintenance.
  • •Experience with automation systems and equipment maintenance in wafer fab environments (wafer fab experience is an added advantage).
  • •Ability to execute maintenance procedures in accordance with OEM documentation and internal SOPs.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose first-level mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and utility-related issues.
