Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
  • •Mentor and hold direct reports accountable; support succession planning through coaching, leadership development, training, and performance management.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Recruit, select, orient, and train employees; ensure progression path training and certification processes are executed.
  • •Ensure compliance with health and safety and loss prevention guidelines while engaging the team to meet quality, production, and cost objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates.
  • •Proven ability to deliver project deliverables and meet company metrics.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and maintain a valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
