Asset Protection Partner

Safeguard Sephora’s store assets and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment by implementing safety and shrink strategies. You’ll lead training and safety awareness, spend most of your time on the selling floor to deter theft, monitor activity using CCTV/reporting tools, and respond to incidents by de-escalating professionally. Working with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager, you’ll complete audits, follow policies, and represent the company if court testimony is required.
