Job Summary

Provide best-in-class service for walk-in customers and support multiple branches as an Area Customer Experience Specialist. You’ll process transactions accurately, resolve customer issues, and identify financial goals to recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products. Educate customers on deposits, loans, and service account maintenance while coaching on how to use online, mobile, and ATM banking technology. Travel between local branches as schedules change daily and follow all operational, risk, security, and regulatory policies.

•Educate customers on deposits, loans, and support for service or account maintenance issues.
•Travel between multiple branch locations throughout the week and educate customers on how to optimize online, mobile, and ATM banking.
