Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership: design solutions, participate in architectural discussions, mentor junior developers, and raise quality standards through code reviews and technical initiatives.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery within sprints, collaborating closely with design, analytics and backend teams.
  • •Ensure engineering quality by writing scalable, maintainable code and addressing performance-critical scenarios on a high-load platform.
  • •Drive AI-driven development: actively use AI tools in daily work and continuously expand their use within the team.
  • •Collaborate across teams to deliver features from conception to production, aligning with product and platform roadmaps.
