Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership: design solutions, participate in architectural discussions, mentor junior developers, and raise quality standards through code reviews and technical initiatives.
•Own end-to-end delivery within sprints, collaborating closely with design, analytics and backend teams.
•Ensure engineering quality by writing scalable, maintainable code and addressing performance-critical scenarios on a high-load platform.
•Drive AI-driven development: actively use AI tools in daily work and continuously expand their use within the team.
•Collaborate across teams to deliver features from conception to production, aligning with product and platform roadmaps.
