Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out assigned area field activities per control room requirements and SOPs, ensuring safe turnover of equipment for maintenance.
  • •Set field equipment and valve positions as required for the process based on control room instructions.
  • •Monitor field equipment and take timely action to avoid breakdowns and delays; communicate deviations to Senior Field Operator/shift supervisor.
  • •Perform shutdown, start-up, and emergency handling procedures for safe plant operation.
  • •Maintain field log sheets, housekeeping, and 5S; check and maintain field safety equipment and follow SDS/safety procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher Secondary School / ITI.
  • •3-5 years of experience in large petrochemical/fertilizer/gas-based DRI plants.
  • •Ability to set field equipment and valve positions as required, and perform safe equipment turnover for maintenance.
  • •Experience in field data logging and identifying abnormalities.
  • •Training in safety related programs and/or professional training such as Tennova HYL Training (preferred).
