Deliver exceptional, personalized customer interactions as a Lucid studio ambassador—welcoming guests, creating intrigue about Lucid products, and guiding customers through their journey. Assess customer needs through thoughtful questions, manage and grow a customer pipeline, and capture leads using Salesforce. Conduct test drives, explain Lucid benefits versus competitors, and handle questions or challenges professionally. Support day-to-day studio operations, keep assets brand-ready, and assist with local marketing events.
