•Build and refine a target list of practices based on specialty, size, payer mix, and EHR.
•Write researched outbound via email, LinkedIn, and phone that’s worth replying to.
•Run multi-channel prospecting campaigns using tools like Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, Instantly, and HubSpot.
•Book qualified meetings and hand off clean notes in HubSpot for the founder.
•Report weekly metrics and sharpen ICP/message by feeding rejection data back into targeting.
