Job Summary

Build and deliver reliable Workday integrations with the People Platforms team, partnering with stakeholders to translate business specifications into technical designs. Apply SAFE software development practices across the SDLC, design and test interfaces, and ensure data security, privacy, and quality. Support inbound/outbound integration issues and change requests, while collaborating globally with People (HR) and employee services teams to improve integrations and solutions incrementally.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with stakeholders and the People Platforms team to design, test, and deliver Workday integrations.
•Adopt SAFE software development practices and follow integration/development standards and best practices across the SDLC.
•Analyze and translate business specifications and change requests into technical specifications, including interface design and maintenance.
•Design and develop integration interfaces and conduct unit and integration tests to ensure integrations function as designed.
•Provide support for inbound and outbound integration issues, updates to existing integrations, and development of new integrations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent training and work experience.
•4 to 5 years of experience as an Application Developer in Workday.
•Strong understanding of Workday modules and integrations security, including Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll Interfaces, Business Processes, and Organizational Hierarchies.
•Experience developing Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Custom Reports, Document Transforms).
•Knowledge of Workday Web services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST), Workday Studio, XML and XSLT.
