Job Summary

Own pricing strategy systems that accurately value millions of vehicles by turning customer preferences and market conditions into data-driven models. •Develop optimal pricing strategies that meet short- and long-term business objectives.
•Lead and grow a team of 4–8 data scientists to implement pricing strategies at scale across vehicles.
•Lead the development of AI and pricing models that autonomously price every vehicle.
•Lead cross-functional efforts with Product, Technology, and Field teams to implement new models.
•Develop and execute a management system to ensure the right vehicle value daily and respond to pricing system issues.

Salary: USD 161,500 - 258,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Ability to perform the role’s essential responsibilities across pricing strategy and data science systems.
•Four-year undergraduate degree with exceptional academic performance (advanced degree is a plus).
•7+ years of experience in strategy, analytics and/or data science.
•Proven ability to deliver business value using deep analytic skills to solve complex business problems.
•Experience managing highly analytical projects and people (including work with senior management).
