Junior Accounts Payable Accountant (12 months contract)

Process accounts payable and employee reimbursements, including validating vendor invoices in NetSuite, preparing payment runs, and resolving invoice/payment discrepancies. Support daily and monthly bank reconciliations and month-end close activities tied to AP and cash balances, while maintaining documentation and audit trails. Ensure compliance with internal controls, segregation of duties, approval matrices, and regulatory standards relevant to fintech/crypto firms.
