Key Responsibilities

  • •Enter and maintain operational information in computer and manual systems using Maximo.
  • •Create and issue work orders and update records from completed work orders into the computer program.
  • •Maintain fuel reports, computerized parts inventory, work pending files, and participate in periodic inventory counts.
  • •Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and monitor data for inconsistencies and errors.
  • •Develop and issue computer reports as requested, order parts and supplies, and perform clerical duties to ensure paperwork compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (equivalent); associates degree preferred.
  • •1-3 years of customer service (preferably with bulk) and inventory control experience.
  • •High proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) and working knowledge of standard office equipment.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively and write reports in maintenance terminology while keeping accurate, detailed records.
  • •Ability to complete required safety training/certifications, attain TWIC, and pass a background check and drug screen; must maintain a valid driver’s license.
