Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide effective instruction in assigned General Studies courses and within at least two areas of the program/discipline.
  • •Deliver undergraduate courses in respective discipline, including regular program courses, capstone projects, work experience, and senior-level specialized courses.
  • •Participate in academic and extra-curricular events at the college and within the community.
  • •Support applied research and outreach activities as part of adjunct faculty involvement.
  • •Teach as assigned on an as-needed basis with a maximum load of nine credits per semester.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide effective instruction in assigned General Studies subjects and at least two areas of the program/discipline for second-language learners.
  • •Hold a Master's Degree and a professional certification relevant to the discipline.
  • •Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree may be considered with extensive industry experience and discipline-relevant industry certification.
  • •Appropriate academic professional qualifications as required by the discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
