Job Summary

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to semiconductor customers, driving adoption of Digital Implementation and Signoff solutions to improve Power, Performance, and Area (PPA) outcomes. Lead evaluations, benchmarks, and proof-of-concept efforts; provide deep expertise in Power Analysis and EM/IR signoff; and deliver workshops and training using the Digital Full Flow suite. Collaborate with sales, mentor junior Application Engineers, and work with R&D and Product Engineering to influence roadmaps and incorporate AI-enabled, agentic design methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead customer evaluations, benchmarks, and proof-of-concept projects to accelerate design closure.
•Provide deep expertise in Power Analysis, Electromigration/IR (EM/IR) Signoff, and advanced-node implementation methodologies.
•Develop and deliver tailored customer presentations, technical workshops, and training sessions for Digital Full Flow capability.
•Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify new opportunities and translate technical insights into value propositions.
•Mentor and develop junior Application Engineers while partnering with R&D and Product Engineering to diagnose customer challenges and influence the product roadmap.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
•5–8 years of experience in Physical Design, Digital Implementation, Signoff, or related semiconductor design disciplines.
•Hands-on experience with Power Analysis and EM/IR Signoff.
•Strong customer-facing communication skills and a structured approach to technical problem-solving.
•Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken.
