Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct comprehensive Boomer rebuilds and Drifter overhauls while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • •Supervise and mentor technicians to maintain efficiency and safety across Regional Center operations.
  • •Implement and maintain safety compliance during service and rebuild procedures.
  • •Provide on-site support and technical assistance for non-Zinc Drills, Boomer, and HZL Drills to support client operations.
  • •Collaborate with other departments to optimize maintenance processes and maintain service documentation, schedules, and parts inventory.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead and oversee rebuilding of Boomer rigs and overhauling Drifter drilling machines.
  • •Manage and guide a team of technical staff while maintaining efficient, safety-conscious operations.
  • •Maintain compliance with safety guidelines and protocols during service and rebuild procedures.
  • •Provide on-site technical support for non-Zinc Drills, Boomer, and HZL Drills to ensure uninterrupted operation.
  • •2-3 years of hands-on drill experience with a mechanical/electrical engineering degree/diploma and strong aptitude for Boomer and Drifter drills.
