Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support and proposal support to key customers, designers, and industry organizations based on product and installation knowledge.
  • •Handle customer visits including explanations, demonstrations, technical consultations, and issue resolution.
  • •Drive introduction of new products and new construction methods by coordinating with sales, development, and marketing; plan, execute, and report field and verification tests.
  • •Ensure quality by evaluating technical suitability of product/installation proposals and conducting failure/complaint investigation, root cause analysis, and prevention recommendations.
  • •Prepare and manage technical materials (specifications, data sheets, test reports) and deliver technical education/training; collect and share industry and standards information.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, chemistry, or science.
  • •2–3 years of hands-on experience in R&D, technical service, construction management, or sales / business development.
  • •Experience with experiment design, data analysis, and report/document creation.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of pressure pumps and spray equipment.
  • •Strong critical thinking, adaptability, effective communication, and team collaboration.
