Key Responsibilities

  • •Sustain Ghost, Bolt, and Anvil deployments by applying knowledge of customer missions and product behavior across reusable-UAS and loitering-munition profiles.
  • •Triage and diagnose product incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, drive postmortem actions, and provide resolution status visibility.
  • •Improve fleet observability and health telemetry by partnering with multiple functions across the TRS organization.
  • •Collect, organize, and analyze system failure data to identify trends, define proactive sustainment processes, and support resource allocation across mixed fleets.
  • •Support global customers by tracking and managing customer-facing incidents and communicating timely mitigation and resolution; evaluate and improve capabilities from customer feedback.
