Job Summary

Own program and project management for Cyera’s marketing organization, partnering with Product Marketing to drive product launches, integrated campaigns, and strategic events from kickoff through post-launch review. Establish and improve NPI workflows (timelines, templates, stage gates), track milestones, risks, and outcomes, and keep leadership aligned. Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and maintain scalable project management processes and tooling to deliver measurable KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary program manager for the marketing organization across Product Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, Strategic Events, and other functions.
•Own end-to-end product launch program management, from planning and execution through post-launch reviews, and drive continuous improvement to the NPI process.
•Track and report launch status, milestones, risks, and outcomes to keep leadership and stakeholders informed.
•Facilitate cross-functional meetings and working sessions to ensure clear ownership, decisions, and next steps across workstreams.
•Establish and maintain consistent project management processes, templates, tools, and KPIs, including maintaining the marketing team’s project management tool.
