Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and company assets while adhering to safety policies and procedures.
•Provide troubleshooting and repair for mechanical malfunctions and respond to mechanical or electrical breakdowns, including emergencies.
•Prepare written documentation of actions taken to correct equipment problems and complete required paperwork and reports.
•Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule.
•Comply with lockout/tagout and confined space programs; assist other mechanics as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in an industrial maintenance program or have 6 months of industrial maintenance experience, or 1 year of technical college classroom training with a passing grade; alternatively, graduate with a certification in Electronics technology or industrial maintenance technology.

•Must comply with lockout/tagout, confined space, and all other safety programs.
•Must be able to perform mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
•Able to perform diagnosis and repairs without supervision.
