Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead SHEQ programs and initiatives to align with legal, regulatory, customer, site-specific, Epiroc, and The Epiroc Way requirements.
  • •Develop, implement, and maintain SHEQ processes tailored to office, warehouse, configuration, distribution, service workshop, remote, and field-based environments.
  • •Conduct or support inspections, risk assessments, job hazard analyses, incident reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective action follow-up to prevent recurrence.
  • •Serve as the Local Site Admin for the CSC NASA Management System (IMS), including document control, access, workflows, version control, and site organization.
  • •Develop and deliver training and communications (e.g., toolbox talks, safety alerts, ISO-aligned practices) and support audits, reporting, and compliance readiness, including contractor/customer compliance databases.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in safety, health, environmental, quality, compliance, loss control, or related operations work (minimum preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, MSHA, workers’ compensation, and ISO 9001/14001/45001 management system requirements.
  • •Experience supporting industrial/warehouse/distribution/service/manufacturing/customer center operations.
  • •Experience with injury/illness reporting, workers’ compensation coordination, return-to-work processes, audits, corrective actions, and compliance follow-up.
  • •Ability to interpret requirements and translate them into practical processes, training, and guidance for managers and employees.
