Key Responsibilities

•Lead the strategic roadmap for global risk domains and design systemic defense frameworks using risk engine integration, feature logic, and decision pathways.
•Drive AI transformation of risk operations through agent and skills orchestration, including auditable reasoning, escalation logic, and confidence thresholds.
•Establish AI quality evaluation frameworks and cross-product integrity workflows to ensure robust, safe, and accurate AI deployments.
•Perform root-cause analysis on strategy performance and model health, interpreting data trends and adjusting thresholds to balance risk and business growth.
•Translate complex risk logic into standardized global playbooks and quality benchmarks, and drive cross-functional execution with Data, Algorithm, Engineering, and Operations teams.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in risk management, trust & safety, or anti-fraud within major technology ecosystems, with experience handling high-concurrency adversarial attacks.
•Strong systems thinking and product sense to build scalable, logic-driven product frameworks.
•Expert SQL skills to extract insights and risk signals from large-scale datasets, using A/B experimentation to iterate strategy.
•Strong machine learning fundamentals, including designing risk-relevant features and evaluating model performance (Precision, Recall, AUC) to optimize risk-reward trade-offs.
•Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, agent architecture, workflow design, and data modeling, with the ability to map user journeys to AI agent behaviors.
