Job Summary

Manage end-to-end projects across software and telecom initiatives, including Web and App development and deployment activities. Own stakeholder engagement, produce deliverables to agreed standards, and maintain a project plan with regular progress reporting. Apply consistent project management methodology and governance, manage RAID (risks, actions, issues, dependencies), and oversee resourcing, costs, and contingency to deliver on time and within constraints.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage projects across areas including Web and App software development, broadband, middleware app deployment, and related initiatives.
•Develop and agree the project plan, then provide regular progress reports and project communications to key stakeholders.
•Implement and maintain a consistent project management methodology, ensuring appropriate governance and complete project documentation.
•Determine, procure, and manage resources for functional/divisional teams and select third parties; manage risks, issues, and contingency.
•Maintain stakeholder relationships quickly and efficiently and handle RAID activities proactively.

Key Requirements

•Experience with project governance processes and performing governance activities on client projects, ideally within a Project Management Office environment.
•Ability to manage RAID in a programme/project environment, including risk management and reporting RAID progress with stakeholders.
•Financial management experience, including forecasting resource and expense costs and reporting project financial progress in a PPM tool.
•Experience in a multi-disciplined, commercial environment as a Project Manager.
•Accreditation/certification or work toward qualifications such as PRINCE2 or APMP.
