Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow and retain relationships with targeted client groups by coordinating the full client lifecycle and delivering value-added financial solutions.
  • •Develop business development strategy to generate new business and develop profitable new credit and non-credit opportunities within an assigned territory.
  • •Provide leadership and direction to credit staff; coordinate client-facing activities with partners (e.g., Treasury Management).
  • •Review and underwrite credit requests, ensure proposal completeness and viability, and monitor customer performance to assess acceptable risk.
  • •Prepare and present credit proposals and work with Portfolio Managers and Credit Analysts to underwrite and manage reporting, documentation, and relationship profitability.
