Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate the design process with the Engineer of Record and technical partners from inception through construction documentation.
  • •Develop and maintain the Design Management Plan; organize programming meetings, design reviews, and page-turn sessions.
  • •Identify and resolve design issues and ensure resolutions are incorporated into design packages, including VIP practices and value management/constructability workshops.
  • •Review submittals for compliance, manage design RFIs and changes, and support Quality Control and OAC meetings.
  • •Coordinate close-out activities including as-built drawing issuance, lessons learned, commissioning compliance support, and tracking close-out deficiencies and warranty items.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 8 years of experience in design management within commercial real estate or large-scale construction projects.
