Job Summary

Manage and execute refinery and petrochemical technical deliverables by evaluating customer requirements (P&IDs, PFDs, flowmeter data) and building steady-state process models with KPI calculations. Utilize simulation tools and templates to configure unit-specific solutions, implement and troubleshoot digital-twin and process monitor applications, and support QA/QC and customer releases. Collaborate with global stakeholders, perform software installation/configuration, and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate customer technical documents and requirements, including P&IDs, PFDs, flowmeter datasheets, monitoring sheets, and mass balance loops.
•Create and modify steady-state process models and KPI calculations; configure unit-specific solutions using available templates.
•Implement and troubleshoot digital-twin and process monitor applications to ensure optimal performance.
•Perform QA/QC actions based on technical specialist/customer input and support customer releases with technical services.
•Set up and maintain tools and customer-facing outputs, including software installation and configuration of screens/reports in a customer portal tool.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Chemical, Petroleum, or Petrochemical Engineering.
•5 to 9 years of relevant experience in Refinery or Petrochemical Operations or Technical Services.
•Strong process/operation knowledge in refinery units.
•Proficiency in simulation software such as Unisim, HySys, or DWSIM.
•Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with plant historian systems.
