Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end product ownership of the deployment engagement, acting as the CEO of the project and primary QA tester.
  • •Scope value and define the pilot (MVP, success criteria, timeline) in collaboration with Sales and the customer’s leadership.
  • •Write the PRD, prioritize the engineering backlog, and manage project scope to ensure on-time delivery.
  • •Drive agile project execution with the FDE build team and manage communications across stakeholders from the C-suite to engineers.
  • •Lead Day 0 launch, capture feedback, iterate, and drive adoption to prove defined business value.

Key Requirements

  • •Executive presence and strong communication with C-suite
  • •Product thinking and systems thinking to define what to build and why
  • •Hands-on, relentless execution mindset with comfort in escalation
  • •Proven experience as Deployment Strategist or in senior client-facing product/delivery roles at tech companies or top-tier consultancies
  • •Proven skills in value-based scoping (TCO/ROI), agile software project management, PRD writing, and travel up to 50%
