Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects through all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • •Assist with project planning, programme management, reporting, risk management, and project controls activities.
  • •Support administration of NEC contracts and project governance processes.
  • •Coordinate with clients, contractors, design teams, and other stakeholders to help ensure successful project outcomes.
  • •Monitor project performance (cost, schedule, risks, and actions) and prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a project support, project coordination, assistant project management, or similar role in a consultancy, engineering, or infrastructure environment.
  • •Understanding of core project management principles including programme, cost, risk, and stakeholder management.
  • •A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • •Progress towards a recognised project management qualification such as APM or PRINCE2 (or willingness to work towards one).
  • •Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
