Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with portfolio managers and analysts on public and private asset-backed investment strategies across mutual funds, ETFs, and institutional accounts.
  • •Conduct loan and bond cash flow modeling and underwrite public ABS and private asset-backed finance investments, including consumer loans and 4a2 structures.
  • •Perform market research and assist in formulating an investment outlook and relative value opportunities across asset-backed and fixed income sectors.
  • •Use Excel, general-purpose programming, and AI for monthly credit surveillance and monitoring.
  • •Develop deal flow through relationships with loan originators and sell-side contacts; draft investment commentary and assist in communicating trade ideas.

Key Requirements

  • •CFA charterholder or in pursuit is preferred.
