Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate development and procurement of prototype and production tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
  • •Provide technical input for design decisions and product changes to enable manufacturing and improve cost, quality, and special customer needs.
  • •Collaborate on implementation of Industry 4.0 for NPI projects and ensure Design for Manufacturability.
  • •Lead prototype builds by developing pilot production lines and associated processes.
  • •Create and implement process controls, work instructions, standard work, and training; drive production readiness and resolve issues using early performance data.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of three years of engineering experience.

  • •Basic familiarity with part/assembly drawings and bills of materials.
