Construction Manager

Manage firmwide construction planning, standards, and project execution support across an office portfolio. Serve as the primary internal resource for construction methods, project controls, budgeting and schedule oversight, and consistent delivery. Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and vendors to implement design standards, manage risks and change activity, ensure compliance with building codes and ADA/fire requirements, and support openings, renovations, and occupancy readiness.
