Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain the card receivables Depositary domain within Visa/Pismo’s processing platform.
•Evolve and extend a microservices-based ecosystem, supporting platform modernization and improved resilience.
•Implement and support receivables blocking/unblocking and integrations with acquirers for merchant and credit operations.
•Diagnose issues using structured logs, SQL queries, and understanding of distributed flows.
•Write tested, readable code while collaborating through code reviews and clear technical communication.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree OR 3+ years of relevant work experience.
•Strong OOP fundamentals in Java or Go, with solid programming fundamentals (data structures and algorithms).
•Ability to write tested, readable code and participate effectively in code reviews.
•Skill in reading structured logs, writing SQL queries, and reasoning about distributed flows when diagnosing issues.
•Basic knowledge of Git and automated testing concepts.
